The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Information

We offer shipping to 47 countries at different shipping rates depending on the number of products in the shopping cart. A maximum of 49 products can be placed in the shopping cart per order.

In addition to the prices stated, we charge the country-specific shipping costs listed below for each order. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping costs listed below include statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best. The prices listed in the respective products are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, and are shown separately during the ordering process as well as are to be borne by you in addition.
